Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process client and inter-company invoices in a timely, accurate manner.
• Review contract terms, payment methods, and client financing requirements.
• Validate invoice packets for completeness with required documents.
• Create and submit invoices according to customer specifications.
• Monitor billing due lists and resolve rejected invoices with escalation as needed.
