The role focuses on developing and executing recruitment strategies, managing ATS/HRIS, and ensuring high-quality hires across local client sites. Strong English/Spanish communication and end-to-end recruiting experience are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in full life cycle recruiting
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Strong understanding of recruiting practices
• Proficiency with ATS and HRIS
• Knowledge of MS Office software (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong communications skills, both oral and written
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies for field positions
• Analyzes industry, product, and geographical trends in talent
• Manages tools, resources, and technologies in identifying talent
• Support full-cycle recruiting process: sourcing, scheduling and interviewing
• Determines appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions
• Negotiate offers with hiring managers
• Develop efficient recruiting process
• Develop and execute recruitment plan and orientations
• Influence hiring decisions for best fit and long-term success
• Create an ongoing candidate pipeline
• Set priorities, meet deadlines, multi-task with minimal supervision
• Support end-to-end recruiting operations
• Monitor effectiveness of ad campaigns
• Participate in job fairs and community events
