Job summary

ProTrans International is seeking a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment across the U.S. and Mexico. You will partner with hiring managers to define roles, screen and interview candidates, and maintain accurate records in the ATS.

You'll need 0–2 years of recruiting experience, strong organizational skills, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities. A Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is preferred, along with ADP ATS experience.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Familiarity with ATS; ADP preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation ability
• Bilingual English/Spanish required

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly, driver, and salaried professional roles, from requisition intake through offer and onboarding handoff
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using the ATS, preferably ADP, and other sourcing tools and platforms
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate and requisition records in the ATS, ensuring data integrity and compliance
• Partner with hiring managers to build effective job postings, screening criteria, and interview processes
• Track and report recruiting metrics using ATS reporting tools
