Job summary

IRP Medical is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner III (HRBP) to partner with managers and employees in Ontario, CA to align HR services with business objectives. The role acts as a change agent and leads talent management activities.

You will support workforce planning, performance, policy communication, and HRIS administration, with up to 4 travel days per month to Ontario, CA. A Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is required, and bilingual English/Spanish is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience with four years HR work.
• Five years+ relevant HR experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR guidance aligned to business objectives.
• Partner with leaders to drive engagement, productivity, retention.
• Collaborate on workforce planning and succession planning.
• Coach managers on performance and development.
• Communicate HR policies and employment laws.
• Identify training needs and implement solutions.
• Support hiring process and onboarding.
