Gellert Global Group seeks a Customer Excellence Analyst to lead strategic bids, support product costing, and manage key customer-facing operations across retail markets. The role collaborates with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and Marketing to deliver best‑in‑class service and accurate pricing.

You will oversee end‑to‑end bid submissions, ensure timelines and approvals, and build strong customer relationships. Located in the U.S., relocation to our Madison, NJ HQ is noted for 2027.

Responsibilities

• Owns end‑to‑end bids process for assigned retail customers.
• Supports costing exercises for new and existing SKUs and programs.
• Manages daily operations including order flow, deductions research and service‑level monitoring.
• Coordinates new product introductions, transitions and discontinuations.
