Gellert Global Group in the United States is seeking a Customer Excellence Specialist to manage customer contracts, support sales operations, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The role demands strong organizational skills, analytical mindset, and collaboration across multiple departments.

A Senior Customer Excellence Specialist option is available for experienced leaders. The position will relocate to Madison, NJ in Q4 2026, with a comprehensive benefits package and growth

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Customer/Sales Support.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Experience in Infor M3 a plus.
• Experience in Salesforce a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain customer contracts.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer communication and documentation.
• Manage weekly position reports and provide updates to the Sales team.
• Compare forecasts to actual usage and support planning using monthly averages.
• Recommend purchases based on market conditions and customer requirements.
• Handle costing requests and distribute results to the appropriate teams.
• Maintain internal and external databases including customer portals.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain Team & Logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
• Address customer and Sales inquiries; support issue resolution across departments.
