Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, bid coordination, or related role.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and bid preparation.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement management software.

Responsibilities

• Review bid opportunities and evaluate their potential for success.
• Prepare and submit bid applications in accordance with specified requirements and deadlines.
• Gather necessary information and documentation from various departments to complete bid proposals.
• Ensure all bid submissions are accurate, complete, and comply with the bid specifications.

• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and clients to support the procurement process.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for winning bids and securing new business.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to enhance bid success rates.
• Provide regular updates and reports on bid activities and outcomes to the management team.
