Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control, IT equipment refurbishment, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Inspect outgoing IT equipment to ensure it meets visual quality control standards.
• Clean and polish equipment to remove dust, smudges, and imperfections.
• Perform resurfacing tasks to restore appearance of IT equipment.
• Document condition and resurfacing work on each item.
• Collaborate with repair/refurbishment teams to ensure quality.
• Maintain an organized and clean work environment.
• Report recurring quality issues to management for resolution.
• Stay informed about best practices and new resurfacing techniques.
• Assist with other quality control tasks as needed.
