Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. seeks a Bid & Proposal Pricing Analyst to own the pricing workstream for bids, shaping pricing narratives and ensuring accuracy, timing, and alignment with proposal strategy.

You will collaborate with Sales, Solutions, and Bid Management to develop value-driven pricing content, build models, and support compelling price/offer positioning across government and business bids. This hybrid role is located in Frisco or Overland Park, KS.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and data visualization.
• Ability to analyze pricing requirements, organize data, identify key variables, and translate findings into clear recommendations or customer-facing content.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information for internal teams and customer audiences.
• Ability to manage deadlines, track dependencies, coordinate inputs, and follow through in a deadline-driven environment.
• A bachelor's degree in a related discipline is preferred, but a combination of education and relevant experience is equally valuable.
• Experience in pricing, proposals, finance, sales operations, procurement, business analysis, project coordination, customer support, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the pricing workstream for assigned bids, from RFx review through final delivery, ensuring pricing is accurate and on deadline.
• Build and manage the pricing timeline, coordinating inputs and escalating risks as needed.
• Create clear, customer-centric pricing narratives that explain structure, value drivers, assumptions, and ROI.
• Partner with Sales, Special Pricing, Solutions, and Bid Management to ensure alignment with strategy.
• Develop pricing content across customer workbooks and documents with strong formatting and clarity.
• Build financial models including TCO and ROI analyses to support price/value positioning.
• Conduct quality reviews to confirm pricing accuracy and workbook completion.
• Maintain project data such as pricing support fields, hours, dates, and updates.
