Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Senior Analyst on the Long Range Planning team in a hybrid role based in Overland Park. You will build, maintain, and refine enterprise financial models supporting the five-year horizon and annual targets, collaborating with FP&A, Accounting, and Financial Reporting across the company.

You will translate complex analyses into concise executive presentations, and develop innovative technical solutions to improve forecasting and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Economics/Finance/Accounting required.
• Strong financial acumen with knowledge of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and US GAAP.
• 2–4 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Forecasting, or Budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the enterprise-wide financial model supporting the Long-Range Plan and forecasts.
• Build and maintain complex financial models using business drivers and data sources.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and present analytical findings clearly.
• Develop technical solutions to improve forecasting and reporting for short and long term horizons.
• Develop knowledge of key accounts/customers and tailor models to improve forecasting and reporting.
