Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Pricing Analyst to own the pricing workstream for bids, translating complex pricing into clear, customer-focused narratives. You’ll guide deadlines, align with proposal strategy, and collaborate across Sales, Solutions, and Bid Management to ensure accurate, compliant pricing.

Based in a hybrid office environment in Kansas (Overland Park or Frisco), you’ll create compelling price/value content and build models to support ROI analyses.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and data visualization.
• Ability to analyze pricing requirements and translate findings into recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication with detail orientation.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Own the pricing workstream for bids, ensuring accuracy and alignment with proposal strategy.
• Build and manage the pricing timeline across cross-functional teams.
• Create clear pricing Narratives covering price structure, value drivers, and ROI.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, and Bid Management to ensure approved pricing.
• Develop pricing content from customer workbooks and proposal documents.
• Build financial models (TCO, ROI) to support price/value positioning.
• Lead peer reviews to confirm pricing quality and approvals.
• Maintain project data, dates, notes, and BAFO activity.
• Pursue continuous learning to improve pricing quality and speed.
