TechWish is seeking a Bid & Proposal Pricing Analyst to join our team in the Frisco/Overland Park area. You will drive pricing strategy, support our Proposal Management group, and craft persuasive price/value narratives to help win opportunities.

This entry-point role emphasizes pricing analytics, market insights, and collaboration with leadership across functions. A strong Excel/data viz skillset and a related bachelor’s degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization, Word and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline preferred; relevant experience also valuable.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing and market analysis to deliver compelling price/value content.
• Maintain communication with leadership and key stakeholders to gather data and requirements.
• Use proposal automation tools to incorporate approved pricing into proposals.
• Build financial models showing total cost of ownership and ROI for proposals.
• Frame pricing problems, identify relationships, distill insights, and present findings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of industry, corporate, and customer drivers through market analysis and research of industry benchmarks (pricing, quality, service levels, trends) to deliver compelling price/value content.
• Establish and maintain communication channels with leadership, key team members, and key internal stakeholders to gather and analyze data and support requirements.
• Use proposal automation tools to incorporate the right boilerplate content with approved customer pricing to meet opportunity requirements.
• Build comprehensive financial/quantitative models to illustrate the total cost of ownership and return on investment details for customer proposals.
• Provide analytical support by framing complex pricing problems, identifying variable relationships, distilling insights from data, and presenting findings.
• Continue learning to improve your knowledge and use of technologies and efficiencies to improve processes.
