Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Bid & Proposal Pricing Analyst in a hybrid role based in Frisco, TX or Overland Park, KS.

You will own the pricing workstream for bids, craft clear pricing narratives, and guide teams to timely, compliant proposals that win business. The role emphasizes analytical thinking, collaboration across sales and bid-management functions, and the ability to translate complex pricing into customer-focused value.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and data visualization.
• Ability to analyze pricing requirements, organize data, identify key variables, and translate findings into clear recommendations or customer-facing content.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information for internal teams and customer audiences.
• Ability to manage deadlines, track dependencies, coordinate inputs, and follow through in a deadline-driven environment.
• A bachelor's degree in a related discipline is preferred, but a combination of education and relevant experience is equally valuable.
• Experience in pricing, proposals, finance, sales operations, procurement, business analysis, project coordination, customer support, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the pricing workstream for assigned bids from RFx review through final delivery.
• Build and manage the pricing timeline, guiding teams toward resolution.
• Create clear, customer-centric pricing narratives explaining structure, value drivers, assumptions, and ROI.
• Partner with Sales, Special Pricing, Solutions, and Bid Management to ensure alignment.
• Develop pricing content across workbooks and proposal documents with strong formatting and visuals.
• Build financial models including TCO and ROI analyses to support pricing.
• Support peer quality reviews to confirm pricing accuracy and approvals.
• Maintain project data: pricing support fields, hours, dates, and revisions.
• Continue learning tools and processes to improve pricing quality and speed.
