Moalej Builders is seeking a dynamic Bid Coordinator to drive the proposal and bidding processes. You will coordinate preparation, review, and submission of bids, ensuring opportunities are maximized with strategic precision and cross-department collaboration.

In this role you will work with sales, marketing, project management, and technical teams to gather information, track opportunities, and maintain templates. A proactive approach will help grow business and strengthen client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in bid management or proposal coordination within a competitive sales environment.
• Maintain subcontractor database and supplier relationships.
• Prepare proposals, bid packages, and mailings (MBE solicitations).
• Coordinate bid information, reviews, and distribution of documents.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end bid process from opportunity assessment to submission.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, PM, and technical teams to gather information for proposals.
• Track bid opportunities and analyze pipeline data for strategic planning.
• Coordinate internal reviews and approvals to ensure compliance with client requirements.
• Develop and maintain bid templates and supporting materials.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform bid strategies.
• Support BD efforts by nurturing customer relationships and identifying leads.
