Job summary

Makeready is seeking a Corporate Director of Food & Beverage to lead strategic beverage initiatives and operational excellence across its portfolio. The role drives beverage strategy, portfolio standards, cost controls, training, and execution in luxury hospitality settings.

You will partner with property leadership to elevate profitability, guest experience, and service standards while rolling out core beverage programs and beverage technology adoption.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in luxury hospitality and multi-property F&B operations.
• Strong knowledge of beverage costs, budgeting, and financial controls.
• Experience managing beverage programs, menus, and inventory across properties.
• Proven ability to coach and develop F&B leaders and teams.
• Familiarity with Bevager or beverage inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance and operational leadership to property teams across the Makeready portfolio.
• Ensure consistent execution of brand standards and service culture across restaurants, bars, lounges, and catering.
• Lead beverage strategy, Core Beverage Program, standards, and portfolio costs.
• Oversee beverage program development, pricing, and profitability across properties.
• Develop signature cocktails and beverage programming aligned with portfolio concepts.
• Travel 30–40% for property visits, openings, and transitions.
