Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd is hiring on behalf of a leading golf and hospitality organization to appoint a Corporate Director of Food & Beverage. This senior role will drive F&B strategy, standards, and financial performance across multiple locations, collaborating with senior leadership to maintain high-quality guest experiences.

The successful candidate will lead multi-property F&B operations, oversee budgets and supplier relations, and mentor senior teams to elevate service and culinary standards

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading multi-unit or corporate-level F&B operations.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting and P&L management.
• Experience in high-end environments such as private clubs, golf clubs, resorts or luxury hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience mentoring senior F&B teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Food & Beverage operations across a portfolio of golf and private club properties.
• Develop and implement corporate F&B strategies, standards, and operating procedures.
• Partner with club leadership and General Managers to improve operational performance and profitability.
• Oversee F&B budgets, forecasting, labor costs, purchasing, inventory, and overall financial performance.
• Drive consistency in service standards, culinary offerings, beverage programs, and member experiences.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue, improve margins, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Support menu development, purchasing strategies, vendor relationships, and product standards.
• Develop, mentor, and retain F&B leadership teams across the portfolio.
• Establish training programs and best practices for service and hospitality.
• Monitor member and guest feedback and implement initiatives to continually improve satisfaction.
• Collaborate with culinary, operations, finance, and executive leadership teams on strategic initiatives.
• Assist with new club openings, renovations, acquisitions, and F&B concept development as required.
• Ensure all operations maintain appropriate health, safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.
