Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefits enrollments and deductions.
• Audit HRIS and carrier records for accuracy and compliance.
• Support COBRA, 401(k) administration and annual open enrollment.
• Coordinate leave administration including FMLA and disability.
• Maintain confidential benefit and leave records and generate reports.
