Job summary

Pride Mobility Products®/Quantum Rehab® is seeking an HR Benefits Administrator to manage employee benefits, open enrollment, and leave programs from enrollment to audits. You will serve as a trusted resource and partner with payroll, HRIS, and carriers to ensure accurate deductions and compliant records.

You will work in a collaborative team to support wellness programs, education, and policy enforcement, while maintaining strict confidentiality and high attention to detail in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of HR experience with benefits administration.
• Experience using HRIS, payroll, timekeeping and carrier systems.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Answer employee questions about eligibility, coverage, enrollment, payroll deductions and claims.
• Guide employees through new hire enrollment and life events.
• Coordinate with benefit carriers and service providers to resolve issues.
• Process benefit enrollments, changes, terminations, and payroll deductions.
• Audit HRIS and carrier records for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with COBRA, annual Forms 1095-C and 401(k) administration.
