Job summary

Christian Dior Couture in New York, NY seeks a Temporary Manager, Benefits and Wellness to lead benefits administration and oversee compliance programs. You will partner with HRIS, payroll and shared services to ensure accurate enrollment, budgeting and reporting.

The role requires strong project management leadership, deep knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA and ACA, and ability to drive wellness initiatives across retail and corporate teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
• 5+ years of HR/Payroll/Benefits experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience with benefits administration software and HRIS systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee benefits administration: eligibility, enrollment, education and communications.
• Lead new-hire benefit orientations for retail and corporate employees.
• Manage quarterly wellness initiatives across retail and corporate.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and manage FMLA and disability leaves.
• Oversee retirement plans (401(k)) contributions, distributions and education.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, ACA; conduct 401(k) audits and prepare reports.
