Kennedy Krieger Institute in Baltimore, MD seeks an experienced Benefits Manager to lead benefits strategy across health, retirement, leave and wellness programs. You will collaborate with Payroll, HR, and business leaders to deliver a best-in-class employee experience.

You will oversee enrollment, audits, and vendor management, ensure compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, COBRA and related regulations, and lead the benefits team through Open Enrollment and plan enhancements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 6+ years benefits administration experience.
• 2+ years leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits regulations and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee health, welfare, retirement, wellness, and leave programs.
• Lead Benefits and Leave Administration team.
• Oversee benefits enrollment, audits, reporting, and vendor management.
• Administer FMLA, ADA accommodations, workers' compensation, and return-to-work programs.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, COBRA, FMLA, and related regulations.
• Partner with Payroll, HR, and business leaders to optimize benefits processes and employee communications.
• Lead annual Open Enrollment planning and implementation.
• Evaluate and recommend benefit plan enhancements to support organizational goals.
