Job summary

RH in Corte Madera, CA is seeking a strategic benefits leader to design and deliver healthcare, retirement and wellness programs across our domestic operations. This role blends analytical rigor with a service mindset and requires translating complex plan details into clear, user-centered experiences.

You will own Open Enrollment, new hire journeys, vendor partnerships, and compliance across ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and state regulations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading domestic benefits programs.
• CEBS or SHRM-SCP / SPHR preferred.
• Experience working with outside consultants and vendor partners.
• Strong financial, analytical, and quantitative skills; ability to articulate a story with data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent command of Excel, Canva, Google Suite, benefit administration platforms, Oracle
• Natural curiosity and a desire to review best practices in Rewards and Wellness

Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end design, governance, and flawless execution of our domestic healthcare and wellness programs, ensuring they deliver undeniable value.
• Lead the human-centered delivery of milestones—including annual Open Enrollment, new hire journeys, and benefits education.
• Partner with Health & Wellness and vendor teams to guide high-cost claimant management and optimization of the benefit programs.
• Anchor and resolve complex inquiries with empathy, establishing a trusted space for dual-language dialogue.
• Demonstrate capability in benefits data analytics (claims utilization, ROI tracking, cost modeling) and HRIS / benefits administration platforms (e.g., Oracle HCM, UKG, Bswift).
• Lead performance from third-party brokers, PBMs, and TPAs to maximize fiscal health without compromising member care.
• 401(k) / retirement plan administration, fiduciary committee leadership, vendor management, and financial wellness initiatives.
• Ensure compliance oversight for ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA/PFL, and California-specific regulations.
