Job summary

Christian Dior Couture in New York is seeking a Temporary Manager, Benefits and Wellness to lead benefits administration, wellness initiatives, and related projects. You will collaborate with HRIS, payroll, and external vendors to ensure accurate data, compliant processes, and timely communications across retail and corporate teams.

The role requires strong leadership, project management, and in-depth knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
5+ years of experience in HR/Payroll/Benefits capacity.
Experience with benefits administration software and HRIS systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong planning and organizational skills.
Strong PC skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee benefits administration and enrollment processes for retail and corporate employees.
Lead wellness initiatives and partner with vendors during open enrollment.
Ensure compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, ACA and related regulations.
Coordinate audits and reporting for retirement plans and benefits.
Manage projects and timelines, reporting to Senior Director of Compensation & Benefits.
Maintain accurate HR data in HRIS and payroll systems.
