Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Temporary Manager, Benefits and Wellness to lead benefits administration and compliance programs in a dynamic New York HR environment. You will manage projects, oversee benefits and retirement plans, and drive accurate regulatory reporting while ensuring ERISA, HIPAA, and ACA compliance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in HR or related field, 5+ years in HR/Payroll/Benefits, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR/Payroll/Benefits.
• Experience with benefits administration software and HRIS systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee benefits administration and compliance programs.
• Manage projects within HR/Benefits and lead audits and reporting.
• Ensure ERISA, HIPAA, and ACA compliance across multi-state operations.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
