Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Associate Manager (CFT) in Pasadena, CA, to partner with senior leadership on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent strategies.

The role focuses on leadership development, talent placement, and maintaining strong employee relations within a large restaurant organization. You will work in a hybrid environment with competitive benefits and a path to grow within HR leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; HR majors and/or professional HR certification preferred.
• Minimum five years of HR experience, with generalist experience in employee relations, training and development, and recruiting.
• PHR/SPHR or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to Senior Leaders, coaching on leadership effectiveness and performance management.
• Guide succession planning, leadership capability development, and talent strategy alignment with org goals.
• Provide guidance on associate relations, conduct investigations, and document actions to mitigate risk.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure staffing plans meet workforce needs and align with culture.
