Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Program Management Office (International & Licensing). You will lead the PMO for international and licensed businesses, aligning projects with PRG strategies.

You will collaborate with leadership, license partners, and vendors to drive results and manage programs across markets. The role offers a hybrid schedule with strong benefits and a focus on building durable relationships with partners and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Finance (required).
• 7+ years of retail/hospitality-related experience with increasing management responsibility.
• Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement.
• Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the creation and execution of cross-functional international and domestic licensing projects and approves project goals, scope, and deliverables.
• Uses reports and data to work with leadership teams to create solutions that improve business results.
• Defines and manages project risk and risk mitigation processes; keeps stakeholders informed of progress and risks.
• Collaborates with leadership teams and partners to build relationships and evaluate solutions.
• Leads the PMO team, developing and coaching associates to support growth goals.
• Aligns leadership on goals and holds team members accountable for results.
• Builds partnerships with domestic licensing partners and ensures compliance with US requirements.
• Launches and maintains the PMO platform with IS and RD to support partner communication.
