Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Associate Program Manager in California to support supply chain program management and company initiatives. You will collaborate with PMO and internal and external stakeholders to guide program success and ensure alignment with SCM strategies.

Responsibilities include developing detailed plans, tracking progress, managing risks, and maintaining dashboards to drive project success across multiple initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum five years of project and program management and related experience, preferably in a multi-unit food service organization.
• Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.

Responsibilities

• Supports and works with PMO management in the execution of multi-year strategic plans to align with overall SCM strategies to meet company objectives.
• Develops detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
• Helps identify dependencies between different projects in a program to support PMO leadership on monitoring and tracking program progress.
• Supports strategic relationship management with key stakeholders.
• Provides regular updates via meetings, reports, and digital communication to stakeholders and PMO management, ensuring relevant information is shared in a timely manner.
• Proactively identifies, assesses, and communicates risks to safeguard the program's objectives.
• Collaborates with PMO management to develop, deploy or adjust mitigation plans.
• Ensures compliance with established standards through maintaining and measuring performance metrics, dashboards and management tools.
• Tracks KPIs to monitor and measure progress and shares regular performance updates with stakeholders.

• Develops detailed project plans to monitor and track progress. Helps identify dependencies between different projects in a program to support PMO leadership on monitoring and tracking program progress.
• Supports strategic relationship management with key stakeholders. Provides regular updates via meetings, reports, and digital communication to stakeholders and PMO management, ensuring relevant information is being shared in a timely manner and stakeholders are held accountable for project plan success.
• Proactively identifies, assesses, and communicates risks to safeguard the program's objectives. Collaborates with PMO management to develop, deploy or adjust mitigation plans to ensure project and program success.
• Ensures compliance with established standards through maintaining and measuring performance metrics, dashboards and management tools that clearly articulate the status of key activities, ensuring timely and successful execution.
• Tracks Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor and measure progress. Utilizes project management tools to streamline data collection and generates reports that offer insights into project and program performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement. Shares regular performance updates with stakeholders to maintain transparency and accountability.
• Assists PMO management in recruiting and selecting a high functioning team, as well as supports on-boarding activities.
• Utilizes company project management processes, systems and tools to optimize allocated resources, ensuring timely success of projects and programs.

Your Background & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum five years of project and program management and related experience, preferably in a multi-unit food service organization
• Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
• Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.

Pay Range: P3: $90,000 - $126,500 / Annual

• Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
