Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience, preferably in a retail/hospitality environment.
• Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
• Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees project progress, status, budget, and resource utilization for multiple projects.
• Works with Project Manager(s) to identify and plan resources needed for projects.
• Communicates project status to project leaders and stakeholders regularly.
• Administers execution of project plans and schedules.
• Schedules and facilitates project kick-off meetings and status meetings.
• Tracks milestone dates and project deliverables.
