Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking a Benefits Analyst to administrate and support employee benefit programs, including health, welfare, retirement, and voluntary benefits, within a collaborative, employee-owned culture.

You will manage benefit system events, enable annual enrollment, maintain eligibility data, and serve as SME for benefits processes within HRIS and related systems. Ensure data integrity across HR, payroll, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of benefits administration experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and HRIS systems.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support employee benefit programs, including health and welfare, retirement, and voluntary benefits.
• Manage benefit-related system events and transactions.
• Support annual enrollment and ongoing benefits administration activities.
• Audit benefit deductions to ensure alignment between benefit elections and payroll.
• Prepare ACA reporting and conduct benefit-related audits.
