Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent related work experience.
• 7+ years of progressive experience administering retirement and equity projects/programs.
• Strong Excel skills; proficient in PowerPoint and Word.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
• Understanding of employee ownership culture.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Independent judgment within the scope of the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration and ongoing management of HDR's qualified retirement plans, including the 401(k) and ESOP.
• Oversee administration of executive benefit programs, including nonqualified deferred compensation and related plans.
• Provide leadership to retirement benefits staff and ensure regulatory compliance and fiduciary controls.
• Coordinate with external plan recordkeepers, consultants, legal counsel, auditors and other partners.
• Oversee plan design reviews, amendments, and communications to participants.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, plan transitions, and integration activities.
• Develop and review employee and executive communications regarding retirement programs.
• Prepare analyses and reports for HR and leadership.
