Job summary

Monroechamber in Fall River, WI is seeking a Benefits Manager to lead our employee benefits strategy. This role focuses on managing a self-funded medical plan and coordinating dental, vision, disability, and life offerings, while serving as a main liaison among employees, leadership, brokers, TPAs, PBMs, and vendors.

You will ensure ACA/ERISA compliance, develop education programs, and drive wellness initiatives, with a strong emphasis on data analysis to improve plan performance and enrollment

Qualifications

• 3+ years of benefits administration experience with self-funded health plans.
• Strong understanding of benefits compliance (ACA, ERISA).
• Vendor negotiation and relationship management.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration and strategic direction of employee benefits programs
• Manage and enhance a self-funded medical plan while coordinating dental, vision, disability, and life offerings
• Serve as the liaison between employees, leadership, brokers, TPAs, PBMs, and other vendors
• Ensure compliance with ACA, COBRA, ERISA, FMLA, and related regulations
• Develop employee communication and education programs
• Lead wellness and well-being initiatives
• Analyze claims, utilization, and plan performance data to identify opportunities for improvement
• Manage benefits enrollment processes and employee support
