Job summary

Motional seeks a Benefits Analyst to lead day-to-day administration of Health & Welfare, Leave, Recognition, and 401(k) programs. You will audit enrollments, manage data integrity across benefits vendors, and ensure compliance through filings and testing.

You’ll craft clear communications and support annual enrollment while partnering with Payroll and Finance on payments and deductions. As the subject matter expert, you’ll own benefit and leave processes, respond to inquiries within SLAs, and

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with financial acumen and data interpretation.
• Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with ERISA, ACA, COBRA and HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Administer health & welfare, leave, recognition, and 401(k) programs.
• Audit enrollments and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Coordinate compliance tasks, filings, audits, and reporting.
• Prepare communications and training materials for onboarding and enrollment.
• Manage benefit invoices, deductions, and vendor payments.
• Serve as primary contact for leave types and ADA accommodations.
• Support annual plan audits and census reporting.
