Job summary

Vybond Group, Inc. is seeking a Benefits & Leave Specialist to oversee day-to-day administration of employee benefits and leave programs.

You will manage vendor coordination, COBRA, HIPAA compliance, and wellness initiatives while ensuring accurate HRIS data and timely invoicing. Reporting to the Payroll & Benefits Manager, you will support open enrollment, benefits communications, and system configuration in Paycom, with a focus on regulatory compliance and process improvement across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in benefits and leave administration.
• Experience with HRIS/payroll systems (Paycom preferred).

Responsibilities

• Administer health and welfare benefit programs and leaves.
• Coordinate COBRA and compliance activities.
• Administer benefit enrollments, open enrollment events, and audits.
• Manage benefit invoices, vendor relationships, and payments.
• Maintain accurate HRIS records and documentation.
