Based in Phoenix with a hybrid schedule, you will partner with HR leadership and vendors to align offerings with business goals. You will drive compliance with ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and related regulations, oversee HRIS benefits modules, and mentor a small team to deliver cost-efficient, competitive benefits that attract and

Qualifications

• 5+ years in benefits/total rewards.
• 2+ years of team leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Finance.
• Experience designing and administering employee benefit programs.
• Experience with HRIS systems and benefits tools.
• Experience in mid-sized or large organizations.
• Public company experience with regulatory filings.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage benefits programs including health, retirement, and wellness.
• Partner with brokers and vendors to optimize plans and renewals.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, and FMLA.
• Oversee HRIS benefits modules and related processes.
• Support reporting such as EEO and ACA filings.
• Educate and train HR partners and leaders on benefits.
