Job summary

Flow Control Group is seeking a Benefits, Leave & Compliance Analyst to administer benefits programs, manage leave compliance, and audit HR processes. You will partner with vendors, support open enrollment, and ensure regulatory adherence while enhancing employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in benefits administration, leave administration, HR compliance, or related HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, and state leave laws.
• Analytical, auditing, and problem-solving skills; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Administer U.S. and Canadian health and welfare benefits programs and enrollments.
• Coordinate leave programs including FMLA, ADA accommodations, and other leaves.
• Conduct audits of benefit plans, payroll deductions, and HR processes to ensure accuracy.
• Generate reports on benefits, leave, compliance, and workforce trends.
• Support regulatory filings, notices, and plan documentation; assist with due diligence for acquisitions.
