Job summary

Acrisure is seeking an Employee Benefits Client Advisor to drive new business, deepen client relationships, and expand Acrisure’s footprint. The role emphasizes data-driven consulting, leveraging AI and CRM to deliver tailored proposals and grow revenue across lines of business.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in client-facing roles, background in insurance preferred, and are comfortable working on-site to support collaboration and leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a client-facing or business development role; insurance industry preferred.
• License in Property & Casualty preferred or ability to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Build a qualified pipeline and achieve quota.
• Develop growth plans using data-driven insights and AI tools.
• Collaborate with service teams and marketing to deliver tailored proposals.
• Serve as trusted advisor and expand client relationships.
• Use CRM to track interactions and identify upsell opportunities.
• Network externally to promote Acrisure in the community.
