Job summary

Acrisure is seeking an Employee Benefits Client Advisor to drive new business, deepen client relationships, and expand Acrisure’s footprint using data-driven insights and AI-enabled tools.

Role emphasizes client advisory, CRM-driven outreach, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. On-site presence is required; 2+ years in client-facing roles and a Property & Casualty license are expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-facing or business development role (insurance preferred)
• Property & Casualty license required.
• Experience with data-driven insights, analytics, and AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build a qualified pipeline and meet/exceed quota.
• Develop strategic growth plans leveraging analytics and AI-powered tools.
• Partner with service teams and marketing to deliver tailored proposals and solutions.
• Serve as trusted advisor, developing deep client relationships and holistic solutions.
• Use CRM to personalize outreach and track interactions for upsell opportunities.
• Promote Acrisure within communities and networks.
