Qualifications

• Experience in brokerage or insurance industry with understanding of health plans
• Strong communication skills, ability to present to professionals
• Familiarity with Health & Welfare compliance (HIPAA, COBRA, ACA)

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of employee benefit plans (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA, HSA)
• Develop and manage benefit strategies, build strong client relationships, may require local travel
• Serve as subject matter expert on Health & Welfare compliance (HIPAA, FMLA, COBRA, 5500, ACA, DOL)
• Manage RFP processes for new and renewing clients and implementations
• Coordinate and present project plans for client groups
