Job summary

Lifepoint Health is seeking an Analyst, Benefits to join our Health & Welfare team in a hybrid role. You’ll support administration of health and welfare plans and act as a liaison with vendors, HRIS, and enrollment systems.

Requires a Bachelor's in HR or related field and 3–5 years in benefits administration, strong communication, and proficiency with Excel and Word. Knowledge of HIPAA, FMLA, ERISA, and IRS code 125 is preferred; travel less than 5%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is required.
• 3–5 years’ experience in Health & Welfare Administration required.
• Proficient with spreadsheet and word processing software; Excel and Word required; Access preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage recurring file transfer processes weekly with HRIS, enrollment vendors, LifepointBenefits.net, and other benefit-related vendors.
• Manage vendor invoicing for the Benefits Department.
• Update the Employee enrollment system and investigate/resolve issues via ServiceNow tickets.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for Operational Meetings.
