Job summary

OneDigital is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a client book of business and collaborate with Benefits Consultants, Client Executives, and the service team to exceed expectations.

The role requires 3+ years in account management, a Life and Health license, and strong knowledge of health products. You will support renewals, enrollments, and client relationships while identifying opportunities to grow the book.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in account management or consultative roles.
• Current Life and Health license is required.
• Thorough knowledge of health and ancillary products.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with quoting tools preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages and maintains assigned book of business.
• Advises clients to reduce costs and offers competitive benefits.
• Works with internal teams to manage renewals and service delivery.
• Leads enrollment meetings and regular client reviews.
• Drives client communications and cross-sale opportunities.
