OneDigital is seeking a Senior Account Manager to oversee a defined book of business in the Employee Benefits division. You will partner with clients, internal service teams and consultants to deliver superior service and strategic solutions.

In this role you will lead renewal campaigns, advise on cost-effective benefit options, and foster ongoing relationships while driving growth through cross-sell opportunities. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in account management or consultative roles.
• Life and Health license required.
• Experience with broker agencies or benefit administration.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
