Job summary

OneDigital is seeking a Benefits Consultant to retain clients and manage a diverse book of business. You will lead renewal strategies, design benefit solutions, and communicate value to active clients across health, dental, and related plans.

Collaborate with account teams on pre-renewal strategy, timelines, and post-renewal analysis while maintaining strong carrier relationships and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ benefits consulting experience
• Knowledge of Health Care Reform and related insurance products
• Proficient with quoting processes and tools
• Experience in renewal strategy and CRM usage

Responsibilities

• Develops benefit design and renewal strategies addressing complex client issues
• Pre-renewal strategy, RFP distribution, and renewal analysis with teams
• Define scope of services for clients and communicate timelines
• Manage revenue and profitability for client accounts
• Monitor project scope, budget, and client satisfaction
• Oversee onboarding of new clients and implementation plans
• Cultivate carrier relationships and cross-sell opportunities
• Maintain compliance knowledge on HIPAA, ERISA, PPACA and related laws
