Job summary

OneDigital is seeking a Client Manager to oversee day-to-day management and retention of assigned client accounts. You will support Senior Account Managers with renewals and implementations while collaborating with Account Teams to ensure superior service and value delivery.

The role requires strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills with a focus on strategic client management and health-benefits knowledge. A Life and Health license is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Experience in broker agency or benefit administration is preferred.
• 2+ years in account management or a support role is required.
• Knowledge of health and ancillary products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-renewal, renewal, and post-renewal processes with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate implementation and open enrollment meetings with clients.
• Attend carrier events and stay informed about plan changes.
• Manage CRM processes and maintain strong client relationships.
• Guide 5500/compliance-related activities for accounts.
