Acrisure, a global fintech leader, seeks an Account Executive to manage a portfolio of self-funded group health plans and serve as a primary client liaison. You will develop action plans to reach client goals, collaborate with the sales team, and identify opportunities to grow or diversify client portfolios.

Applicants should have 3+ years in self-funded health plans, an active Health & Life license, and proficiency with agency software like Applied Epic.

Qualifications

• Active Health & Life License required.
• 3+ years managing self-funded group health plans.
• Experience with Applied Epic or similar agency management software.
• Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
• Mathematical skills: calculate discounts, premiums, commissions, proportions.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of multiple group health plans with precision and professionalism.
• Ensure plan sponsor compliance with industry regulations.
• Develop action plans to reach client goals and propose upgrades.
• Maintain and service an assigned book of business.
• Prepare and market new and renewal submissions with sales/service teams.
• Work with insurance carriers to secure quotes and verify specs.
• Review and process documents including policies, endorsements and invoices.
• Coordinate resources, negotiate contracts and monitor account performance.
• Adhere to company policies, workflows, and quality controls.
