Nelson Miller Group seeks a high-caliber Business Development Representative to drive growth within our Global Plastics division at our Mount Laurel, NJ facility. You will identify high-value opportunities and bridge customer challenges with NMG's plastics engineering and production capabilities.

Responsibilities include building strategic partnerships, selling end-to-end injection molding services in cleanroom and traditional environments, and negotiating large contracts while protecting

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years sales experience in complex solution selling, contract manufacturing, or sophisticated supply chain solutions.
• Knowledge of plastic injection molding, tooling development, and resin selection.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel to visit key customer sites and represent NMG at trade shows

Responsabilités

• Proactively drive new business development and cultivate high-potential partnerships and accounts.
• Sell NMG's end-to-end plastic injection molding capabilities.
• Promote injection molding services in cleanroom and traditional environments.
• Take accountability for a revenue target and ensure the achievement of KPIs.
• Maximize profit by managing pricing strategies and mitigating excess inventory and shipping costs.
• Lead the preparation of complex technical proposals and quotes, clearly articulating value.
• Develop and maintain relationships across Procurement, Engineering, and Executive Management.
• Negotiate large contracts while protecting margins and fostering loyalty.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to deliver integrated solutions.
• Represent NMG with integrity at industry events and customer engagements.
