VoltForce is seeking a dedicated Business Development Representative to grow new business for plastic injection molding capabilities, own a revenue target, and build deep relationships with procurement, engineering, and executive buyers.

This on-site role in Mount Laurel, NJ requires travel at least two weeks per month to regional client sites and trade shows. Base salary ranges from $100,000 to $125,000 plus commissions on new business, with full-time benefits.

Formación

• 10+ years of sales experience in complex solutions or contract manufacturing.
• Knowledge of plastic injection molding, tooling development, and resin selection.
• A portfolio of contacts and relationships supporting BD goals.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel at least 2 weeks a month to customer sites and trade shows.

Responsabilidades

• Drive new business and build high-potential customer partnerships and accounts.
• Sell end-to-end plastic injection molding, in both cleanroom and traditional environments.
• Own a revenue target and the key performance indicators behind it.
• Protect profit by managing pricing and avoiding margin drains.
• Lead complex technical proposals and quotes, and scale from low- to high-volume production.
• Build relationships across procurement, engineering, and executive management.
• Negotiate large contracts that protect margins and build loyalty.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and supply chain to deliver integrated solutions.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and key customer meetings.
