Job summary

SevenHomes is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive sales growth by identifying prospects and initiating contact through calls, emails, and social media. You will qualify leads, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with sales and marketing to ensure aligned messaging across channels.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in sales or account management, excellent verbal and written communication, and experience with outbound sales, preferably in construction or home

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in a sales or account management role.
• Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, quota driven.
• Proficiency: CRMs and quoting tools.
• Outbound sales experience, preferably in construction or home technology.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospects through research and knowledge of our core markets.
• Initiate contact with potential leads using cold calls, emails, and social media.
• Qualify leads using BANT and rating based on internal criteria.
• Maintain accurate records of leads in our CRM.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to manage lead handoff and align messaging across channels.
