Job summary

Infinite Global is a leading international communications firm specializing in PR, content & campaigns, and crisis & litigation. We seek a highly organized Business Development Manager to support strategic growth, manage proposals, and ensure pipeline data accuracy while collaborating across practice groups.

Reporting to the SVP, BD, this role blends strategy with execution in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Three to five years in business development, BD operations, or related function.
• Experience in PR, communications agency, law firm, or professional services preferred.
• Strong writing ability and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end development of RFPs, RFIs, and proposal responses.
• Draft capability statements, credentials decks, and pitch materials.
• Maintain credentials library and case studies; ensure content is current.
