Job summary

Infinite Global is seeking a highly organized Business Development Manager to support growth across PR, content, and campaigns. You will coordinate end-to-end proposal development, manage the CRM pipeline, and collaborate with marketing and practice leaders to keep content current.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in BD operations or related fields, with strong writing and project management skills. Hybrid work schedule, global client base, and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of relevant experience in BD operations or similar function.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce) and ability to build reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end development of proposals and responses; manage timelines and reviews.
• Draft and tailor capability statements and pitch materials; ensure content is on-brand.
• Maintain credentials library and case study database with updates from practice leaders.
