Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field; 13+ years in project management.
• 3+ years in technical writing, proposals, and contract documentation.
• Experience managing and/or responding to solicitations such as RFPs, RFIs, Statements of Work (SOWs), and PWSs.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle, architectures, and Agile/DevOps.
• Familiarity with cloud, AI/ML, and real-time data fusion technologies.
• Ability to discuss architectures with engineers and craft persuasive narratives.
• Proven relationships with federal and/or commercial clients.
• Strong editing and attention to detail for error-free work.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise BD strategies from opportunity identification to capture.
• Develop tailored content: proposals, white papers, strategic plans, and executive briefs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for program design, execution, and reporting.
• Translate complex technical solutions into mission-relevant narratives with SMEs.
• Build domain expertise on customer missions via internal discussions and external research.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and Sections L & M of solicitations.
• Highlight GA-Intelligence's technical superiority and past performance.
• Support proposal planning, schedules, color team reviews, and compliance matrices.
• Propose process improvements and reusable content for future bids.
