Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and professional certifications (CAPM, PMP, or comparable).
• Experience with CRM systems and project management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day execution of business development initiatives and strategic account activities.
• Assist with identifying, researching, and tracking prospective customers, target accounts, strategic partners, and market opportunities.
• Prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials, presentations and correspondence for customer meetings.
• Serve as a coordination point between Director and SCI's sales, marketing, operations, and leadership teams.
• Coordinate internal meetings required to evaluate customer requirements, scheduling considerations, and business opportunities.
